Requirements

• 5 years of experience in a finance, finance operations role or related • Demonstrated understanding of financial systems, accounting principles, and financial analysis • Strong interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at varying levels • Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with meticulous attention to detail • Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to lead and manage complex projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely completion. • Strategic thinking skills with the demonstrated ability to take the lead on complex problems and break them down into actionable steps
