Over 150,000 businesses and millions of people log in to 1Password to unlock smart, simple access to everything they care about. • Our vision is to create a safer, simpler digital future for everyone, and our culture values simplicity, honesty and a human-centric approach to solving problems. • As a Senior Manager of Solutions Engineering, you will report to the EMEA VP of GTM and support a team of exceptional individuals who are passionate about working with our customers to find solutions that meet their needs. • We’re looking for an experienced leader to work closely with our Solutions Engineering & Architect teams to build out the next chapter of the customer journey through solutions engineering. • This is a remote opportunity within the UK.
Requirements
• 5 years of experience working in the SaaS industry in a similar capacity, which includes 4+ years of experience leading a team of highly technical individual contributors. • Experience in a wide range of business needs and requirements as well as a deep understanding of what customers are looking for and require in security software. • Excellent organizational skills to manage a team that not only works complex customer engagements but also high impact projects for product enablement. • A highly effective communicator who excels at working cross-functionally to nurture effective relationships with the other teams within Go-to-Market and the rest of 1Password. • A positive leader who maintains a healthy and supportive environment for their team in which everyone is supported, encouraged, and meaningfully challenged to do great work. • Experience leading a team through times of fast-paced change. • Previous SaaS experience is a must.
