📋 Description
• We all have important information we need to manage, and protecting it should be easy. • Our vision is to create a safer, simpler digital future for everyone, and our culture values simplicity, honesty and a human-centric approach to solving problems. • We are looking for a Staff Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our growing team of TPMs. • The Staff TPM will be responsible for leading programs focused on advancing the Tech organization’s ways of working. • These will include project management platform migration, developing best practices for different personas, creating effective leadership reporting systems and serving as a subject matter expert on enabling software teams to deliver predictably. • The ideal candidate will be master at navigating ambiguity, sets the example of executing at scale, and is able to flex between big picture and tactical details to accomplish business needs. • The TPM team at 1Password acts as a force multiplier for the Tech organization by driving cross-functional, technical initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of technical program management experience. • Accomplished leader with experience migrating organizations to program management platforms developed for scale. • Deep focus on execution, follow-through and ownership. • Drives simplicity - identifies process breakdowns, designs simple, repeatable and scalable processes. • Excellent communicator with experience presenting to senior leaders. • Accomplished at fostering cross-functional relationships and influencing alignment to drive outcomes. • A profound respect for user privacy and information security. • Ask lots of questions, learn from any failures, and continually stretch yourself. • Technical knowledge or experience in analytics, infrastructure, product engineering, data engineering or quality preferable but not required.
