Description
• Plan and deliver web/software projects • Prepare backlog for implementation with the project team • Track milestones, deliverables, and change requests • Participate in requirements workshops • Liaise with stakeholders • Provide status reporting • Lead daily project standups, planning, reviews, and retrospectives • Coordinate/execute quality assurance and releases
Requirements
• 7+ years of project management experience delivering web solutions • Experience with project management tools (e.g. Jira, GitLab, Asana) • Strong knowledge of different software delivery methodologies • Great English and German command, both in writing and speaking • Well-developed teamwork and communication skills • Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritisation skills • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • High level of commitment and quick comprehension • Understanding of web technologies and software development • Previous experience with Drupal or web content management solutions (nice to have) • Knowledge of agile/SCRUM methodologies (nice to have) • Experience in customer relationship management (nice to have) • International / intercultural work experience (nice to have)
