Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience working for at least 2 different companies using React. • Proficiency with React hooks, state management (e.g., Redux, MobX), and component lifecycle. • Strong understanding of ES6+ features and TypeScript for type safety in large applications. • Proven ability to collaborate directly with UX/UI designers using wireframes. • Experience optimizing React applications for performance, including lazy loading, code splitting, and optimizing render cycles. • Hands-on experience with testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress to ensure code quality. • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, and ability to integrate frontend components with backend services. • Ability to conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to improving the overall development workflow. • Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and participation in Scrum ceremonies. • Ability to break down user stories and accurately estimate work. • Must be available and online until 12 PM CST / 1 PM EST. • Fluent in English
