Description

• Develop innovative solutions for closing data gaps, collecting empirical data on operators and combat systems, and facilitating performance-based training across the DoD • Collaborate with a variety of customers, often in dynamic environments, to understand their unique needs • Provide program and operational expertise to engineers in 2 Circle’s SSD to achieve a common goal/vision • Generate and effectively communicate technical requirements • Balance multiple tasks with competing time schedules (i.e., efficient/effective work output) • Facilitate test events to generate effective feedback (i.e., actionable improvements) • Provide on-site training to end users • Travel (estimated 10%)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in engineering, mathematics, operational research, physics or a related scientific discipline. • Work experience may be considered as a substitute for the degree requirement • Six (6) years (Program Analyst) or fifteen (15) years (Senior Program Analyst) of recent and relevant professional experience performing warfighting assessments, effectiveness analysis, and/or modeling simulations for operational analysis • Secret security clearance (or higher), eligible for TS/SCI, and obtain SAP level clearances within 6 months of hire • Strong organizational and project management skills
