• We are seeking a passionate and skilled Salesforce Consultant to join our team. • In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring seamless implementation and configuration of Salesforce.
🎯 Requirements
• Strong understanding of business processes and CRM best practices. • Proven experience in Salesforce configuration and declarative development (flows, permission sets, custom objects, fields). • Expertise in sharing and visibility management. • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. • Experience leading workshops and facilitating requirement-gathering sessions. • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal). • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, remote environment. • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach. • Must be available for a 4-hour overlap between 15:00 and 19:00 Poland time to ensure real-time collaboration.
