• Overseeing the overall strategy, execution, and performance of social media initiatives for both the agency and its clients. • Leading a team of social media managers and collaborating cross-functionally with creative, content, and digital teams. • Crafting innovative, engaging, and data-driven social media strategies. • Monitoring and reporting on social media performance using data-driven insights to optimize strategies. • Producing performance reports for clients, including sentiment analysis and strategic recommendations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, English Literature, Creative Writing, or a relevant field of study. • 7+ years of agency or client-based social media management experience. • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. • Ability to lead and experience managing a team, with a strong interest in cross-departmental collaboration. • Must be professional, personable, self-motivated and flexible. • High energy and creative with a sense of humor. • Should possess a combination of analytical and creative skills. • Must be able to work independently and under pressure on multiple projects and client needs. • Must be organized, detail oriented and comfortable with change. • Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Expertise in all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and YouTube) and social media technology (Sprout, Hootsuite, etc.). • Preferred skills: Experience with video production and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.). • Knowledge of SEO and its impact on social media strategies. • Working or direct experience with paid social media campaigns.
