• Managing and supporting Salesforce and Certinia. • Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders. • Conduct gap analysis and propose system enhancements.
• Experience with additional Salesforce certifications (Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, etc.). • Strong understanding of Salesforce integration with third-party tools and financial systems. • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Hands-on experience with Certinia (FinancialForce) or similar financial management systems. • Experience working in finance, professional services, or similar industries. • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
