• We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Customer Acquisition Manager who can drive our growth by spearheading affiliate programs, paid media campaigns, KOL partnerships and SEO. • The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of building and scaling acquisition strategies, particularly within the tech and financial sectors. • Key Responsibilities include managing affiliate programs, optimizing performance and expanding partnerships.
• 3-5 years of experience in customer acquisition, focusing on affiliate marketing, paid advertising, and partnerships in fintech or web3. • Proven ability to build and scale acquisition programs with measurable results. • Strong analytical and data-driven approach to optimize performance. • Experience managing relationships with KOLs and external agencies. • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-oriented mindset. • Skilled at identifying growth opportunities and achieving ambitious goals. • Deep understanding of fintech and/or web3 trends.
