Requirements

• Education & Experience: Associate degree or equivalent, 1-3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or account management. • Skills: Proficiency in French and English, expertise in MS Office, and a proactive mindset with strong organizational and detail-focused skills. Salesforce or similar CRM experience preferred. • Work Hours: Ability to work 6 AM to 3 PM Eastern Time, accommodating European customers and internal stakeholders.
