📋 Description
• Leverage Generative-AI to support the creation of several business-specific libraries, insights and analyses, to be used by consultants in client-facing engagements. • Participate in the discovery and development of our AI tools, collaborating closely with users and consulting partners to research, understand, and analyse their needs and requirements. • Help developing our innovative Strategy Co-Pilot, an AI agent that provides expert feedback and contextual suggestions to Clients on their Strategic Plan. • You will help to rigorously evaluate the behaviour of this agent, and participate in experimentation and testing phases. • Lead and support in prompt engineering tasks to enhance the accuracy and relevance of AI generated responses. • Work closely with different teams – such as Consulting, Product Management, Design, and Engineering – to understand how to best integrate AI in business services. • Proactively keep up-to-date with AI trends and advancements in technology. • Explore external providers of market data, with the potential to enhance our Co-Pilot and augment our SAAS offerings. • Assist in the planning and execution of our AI Roadmap, aligning short-term activities and long-term vision.
🎯 Requirements
• Master’s degree in Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, AI or a related field. • 2-4 years of experience in the Consulting industry and/or in SaaS or Enterprise software. • Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically. • Strong interest in Generative AI and related areas. • Eagerness to learn about Prompt Engineering and its business applications. • Good communication and teamwork abilities. • Fluency in English is a must; fluency in Italian is a plus. • Right to work in Italy
