• Collaborate with Innovative 3Mers Around the World • Providing financial support to the CBG organization in Emerging Markets EMEA. • Understanding the business models and influences the decision-making process. • Performing analysis, prepares forecasts, and analyzes trends. • Leading projects as well as initiatives to ensure data integrity and accuracy, constantly looking for improvements and challenging the status quo. • Providing ongoing business performance assessments and supports necessary business redirection, when appropriate. • Leveraging data across multiple systems and platforms to drive financial- and analytical rigor for Actuals, OP, QOR, MRE and Weekly estimates. • Engaging with the Emerging Markets CBG Business teams to support financial planning and analysis.

Requirements

• At least five (5) years of experience from Finance roles such as Finance analyst, Business Analyst, Controller or Finance manager • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or higher from an accredited institution • Strong English written- and verbal communication skills • Highly proactive self-starter with ability to drive change • Experience working on cross functional teams • Ability to translate data into meaningful financial insights and analysis • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
