📋 Description

• Job Title Transfer Pricing Tax Manager • Collaborate with Innovative 3Mers Around the World • This position provides an opportunity to transition from other private, public, government or military experience to a 3M career. • You will have the opportunity to tap your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. • Develop and integrating transfer pricing policies, processes and strategies that meet the business needs across the organization • Establish transfer pricing monitoring and metrics • Team with outside service providers who prepare transfer pricing documentation • Partner cross-functionally with 3M business teams • Work closely with the broader Tax organization to evaluate global transfer pricing • Evaluate tax return positions and monitor changes in transfer pricing laws and regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business or economics from an accredited institution • Six (6) years of transfer pricing experience in a private, public, government or military environment • Experience with managing global transfer pricing (across multiple countries and regions), including documentation • Major in accounting, finance, economics, or Tax preferred • Experience from an accounting firm practice, industry practice, national tax practice or a combination • Knowledge of U.S. Treasury Regulation Section 482 and 6662 • Excellent written and verbal communication skills coupled with strong interpersonal and team-building capabilities • Demonstrated ability to manage transfer pricing projects • Experience in operational aspects of transfer pricing • Strong knowledge and experience in use of tools such as MS-Excel, MS-Powerpoint and MS-Teams
