• We are looking for a driven and passionate professional Junior Promo Support team member to join us!
🎯 Requirements
• Previous experience working in the iGaming industry: Customer support, Casino Coordinator, or Compliance Coordinator. • Proven proficiency in Excel, Jira, and the Microsoft Office suite. • Proven professional proficiency in English is a must. Knowledge of any other languages would be an asset. • High communication skills, the ability to organize a day-to-day task, a willingness to learn, and a curious mind are a must-have. • Providing full support to Promo Managers and the Team Lead in building and maintaining promo campaigns. • Assisting in daily operations: setup file preparation, campaigns creation, maintaining trackers, etc. • Becoming an expert in using our Back Office, Client Area and Tableu systems. • Supporting promotional planning alongside Promo Managers. • Provide customer support via Jira tickets. • Assist in creating tasks for copywriter and promo designer.
