📋 Description

• Are you a driven, results-oriented individual? Are you passionate about understanding customer needs to make great sales? Do you enjoy a fast-paced environment? If so, we need you! • We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our business growth in Western Europe. • The ideal candidate will be based in the Isle of Man or Malta, have a strong online casino content sales background, and have a track record of success in highly competitive markets. • This role requires a proactive individual who can build relationships, drive revenue, and position our casino content as the preferred choice for operators and partners. • The candidate is expected to travel for igaming events, team events and business trips. • You will have day to day responsibility for: • Sales & Business Development • Develop and execute a sales strategy targeting online casino operators, gaming aggregators, and platforms in Western Europe and North America. • Identify new business opportunities and establish partnerships that drive revenue growth. • Present and promote the company’s casino content portfolio, emphasising its competitive advantages. • Market Analysis & Strategy • Conduct in-depth research to understand the dynamics, trends, and regulations in target markets. • Tailor sales approaches to align with market-specific preferences and business norms. • Client Relationship Management • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients, ensuring long-term partnerships. • Negotiate and close contracts. • Performance Management • Track sales metrics, analyse performance, and report progress to senior management. • Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

🎯 Requirements

• At least two years of experience in a similar role in the iGaming industry • Proven success working within Western European markets. • Fluent in English (at least C1 if not a native speaker) plus native in any European languages is a bonus. • Good relationships and experience in collaborating with casino operators and aggregators. • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales to manage pipelines and performance.
