Do you like to create order out of chaos, help make better products, and get your hands dirty with release plans and user stories? 3Pillar is looking for a Scrum Product Owner to join our growing PM Team. This Product Owner will be a key member of our global team, working directly with our US clients on mission-critical engagements. • The Product Owner is responsible for ensuring the development team is consistently fed with high-quality stories. In particular, this includes working closely with clients to understand requirements, writing and prioritizing user stories and ensuring the delivery team (engineers) clearly understands the what and the why of what we’re building. • The Product Owner will work closely and partner with global delivery teams (Engineering) and the Client Services team to support delivery execution efforts; consult with clients on business challenges; deliver best-of-breed products using Agile practices; and drive growth.🚀💻

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst or Scrum Product Owner. • 5+ years of experience working with technical teams, SME’s and stakeholders • Minimum of 3 years Consulting experience. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize large amounts of detailed information. • Proven experience with Agile Methodologies. • The ability to communicate effectively, and respectfully in English with other team members, project management, and executive-level clients. • Ability to complete complex tasks on short deadlines and in a fast-paced environment • Proficient in various requirement analysis, modelling, and documentation techniques (e.g., business process modelling, use cases/user stories, data flow diagrams, data interrogation, data mapping, etc.) • Proven experience with various project delivery methodologies. • Prior knowledge building and executing test plans and cases for the transformation and movement of complex data between sources and destinations. • Proficient with data analysis tools.
