Description

• Independently guide technical direction and implementation • Evaluate trade-offs for solution development • Create and lead technical documentation and repository management • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams • Contribute to code reviews and complex bug fixes • Be an active leader in the Engineering Practice community

Requirements

• A minimum of 7+ years of web development experience • Proficiency in Python and frameworks (Django in particular) • RDBMSs and SQL • AWS • Docker • At least a working knowledge of frontend development (JS, CSS, HTML) • Familiarity with the OAuth2 and OpenID Connect protocols • High level of English proficiency required • Experience leading teams in Agile software development methodologies • Demonstrated experience following and adapting high-level architecture • Ability to verify/validate architecture implementations • Expertise in object-oriented programming, with preferred experience in Python • High-level design proficiency following UML / C4 / ArchiMate • Experience working collaboratively to create scalable systems • Demonstrated initiative in mentoring other engineers
