Description

• Lead quality assurance efforts to ensure products exceed quality and performance standards. • Mentor junior engineers and set benchmarks in quality assurance. • Collaborate with teams to develop test strategies and plans. • Enhance automation frameworks and processes. • Support project management and advocate for quality standards. • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; equivalent practical experience considered. • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance. • At least 1 year of experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, TestComplete, QTP/UFT). • Proven leadership in Agile and Scrum methodologies. • Expertise in continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) pipelines. • Proficiency in programming languages relevant to test automation (such as Python). • Knowledge of databases and SQL. • Proficient in defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla). • Exceptional collaborative skills. • Outstanding communication skills in English. • Highly self-motivated and detail-oriented. • Experience using Linux, Jenkins, VMWare, Bash scripting, REST API. • Previous debugging experience.
