Description

• Lead quality assurance initiatives and mentor junior engineers • Collaborate on strategic QA planning and test execution oversight • Enhance automation frameworks and optimize testing processes • Advocate for quality standards throughout project lifecycle • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field • Minimum of 24 months of hands-on experience in software quality assurance • At least 12 months of experience with automated testing tools • Proven leadership in Agile and Scrum methodologies • Expertise in CI/CD pipelines • Proficiency in programming languages relevant to test automation • Knowledge of databases and SQL • Proficient in defect tracking tools • Exceptional collaborative skills • Outstanding communication skills in English • Highly self-motivated and detail-oriented • Experience using Linux, Jenkins, VMWare, Bash scripting, REST API • Previous debugging experience
