Requirements
• 3-5 years’ experience in an IT analyst role • Team lead experience • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Marketing, or Commerce and 4-6 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Problem-solver with strong facilitation and analytical skills who can manage multiple priorities. • Self-starter with intellectual curiosity and perseverance • Confident communicator adept at facilitation and comfortable building partnerships with key stakeholders • Team player who embraces change and strives to improve and innovate processes. • Eye for detail and a passion for building great products. • Experience working in an agile environment.
