Requirements

• 4 years of experience in accounts payable. • Experience in accounts payable in the United States and Canada. • Hands-on processing of invoices in the accounting system. • Communication with suppliers to resolve payment problems or questions. • Familiar with following up on Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, invoices, credit card expenses, etc. • Experience in invoices, fixed assets, payments, and accruals. • Experience in accounting records related to accounts payable. • Proficiency in the English language.
