Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking • Hands-on Linux systems experience • Experience analyzing network traffic • Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases • Proficiency in defect tracking tools • Solid debugging skills • Excellent English communication skills • Knowledge of Cisco firewalls is a plus • Networking or security certifications are desirable
