Description

• 540 is looking for a Full Stack Engineer to help USCIS build applications using modern open source technologies hosted on AWS. • You will work day-to-day on a full-lifecycle DevOps team, estimating, designing, developing and testing optimized features for deployment. • Your mission will be very important; the work you do will directly impact the immigration experience for all immigration benefits applicants!

Requirements

• 6+ years of software development experience • Well-versed in Java and Spring Boot • Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript • Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular • Experience deploying production enterprise applications in AWS • Experience with Kubernetes • Experience with Apache Kafka • Database experience (SQL, Oracle) • Experience with automation and engineering tasks, implementation, data, infrastructure/operations, and security engineer tasks
