• Execute: Oversee and Drive the Technical Architecture and System design of the Product and Demonstrate sound decision making. • Oversee and Drive the Technical Delivery to ensure timely outcome with high quality. • Own and Optimize teams internal processes. • Own Product as well as organization security commitments. • Solve for Larger problems across Product and Engineering. • Oversee and Drive the Product Philosophy and Demonstrate Sound Decision Making. • Drive the design outcomes starting from the Design System till the end results. • Drive Product Ops - Research, Usability and Documentation. • Overall Product Ownership - Drive outcomes. • Manage Expectations with Customers, Prospects and Co-founders. • Collaborate: Work closely with Co-founders, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to drive overall Product Success. • Keep focus on our product philosophy so that we can keep improving every day. • Ideate: Thought leadership for Driving Product vision and Strategy. • Technical Leadership on Product Architecture / System Design and Engineering Excellence. • Ability to sense the direction of the Industry. • Ability to provide Technical vision for building new Product capabilities. • Lead: Be someone Person that the Team and the Stakeholders trust and can count on. • Performance management and other regular People Management stuff.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years experience in Product and/or Engineering leadership. • Exposure to data tools and domain experience with data Engineering and modern data stack. • Demonstrated ability to build tech products. • Ability to communicate, influence and enable 5X organization as well as our customers. Be the voice of customers by building products that solve their core problems.
