📋 Description
•We're seeking a Lead Backend Engineer to join our fully remote engineering team. •In this role, you will take a leadership position, shaping the architecture, design, and delivery of our platform capabilities. •You'll spearhead innovation, provide strategic engineering direction, and play a critical role in building the best end-to-end data platform that's incredibly easy to use.
🎯 Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). •8-12 years of experience in backend development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. •Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot, with deep experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs. •Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases, and experience in architecting scalable data solutions. •Extensive experience with AWS services, including managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure. •Solid familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). •Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to document and present complex solutions effectively. •Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. •Proven ability to lead and inspire engineering teams in a remote environment. •Experience in the data engineering domain is a strong plus.
