• The Senior Manager - HR & Culture will play a pivotal role in accelerating the vision, mission, and culture of our organization. • Will lead human resources strategies that drive both organizational success and a positive, engaging work culture. • This role will be responsible for developing and executing HR initiatives that focus on key areas such as employee engagement, performance management, and culture development. • The Senior Manager will work closely with senior leadership to ensure that HR practices align with business objectives that enhance employee satisfaction, performance, and growth, ensuring a high-performing, motivated workforce.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (Master’s or certification is a plus). • 7+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role focused on people and culture. • Strong knowledge of HR compliance and employment laws. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with HR software and systems. • Proactive with a sense of urgency and ownership. • Creative thinker with an innovative mindset. • Passionate about nurturing people and positive work culture. • Proven ability to implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. • Experience with onboarding and offboarding processes. • Ability to scale HR practices in a growing company.
