Description

• As a core member of the team, you will play a key role in designing web experiences & marketing campaigns. • You should be the one advising the team on how to visualize & bring a concept to life, rather than relying on detailed briefs. • Managing projects - Collaborating with different stakeholders to lay out plan, finalize timelines, identify dependencies, & ensure projects are delivered within timelines. • Creating high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma • As a marketing centric designer, you possess a deep understanding of the broader context of marketing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field • 3-4+ years of experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills. • Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator and Photoshop • Knowledge and understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies • Sound understanding of design systems and their role in ensuring consistency and scalability • Strong collaborative and problem-solving skills. • Ability to think creatively. • Knowledge about Midjourney is a plus.
