• Join a pioneering B2B data and SaaS platform empowering real estate investors. • Collaborate with the Chief Operations Officer and CEO on strategic projects. • Organize and manage multiple projects, ensuring efficient execution and documentation. • Develop data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to support business decisions. • Leverage AI tools for data analysis and innovation. • Proactively identify and execute projects with minimal supervision. • Conduct data analysis to support various business needs. • Create and manage workflows and automation processes using integration platforms. • Present findings and updates clearly to leadership.
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in business operations, data analytics, data visualization, or a related field. • Background in engineering with a solid grasp of business concepts and practices. • Proficient in Google Looker Studio, Excel, and other data visualization tools. • Experience with programming languages like Python or JavaScript for web applications and data integration. • Strong knowledge of API management and automation tools, including Zapier. • Ability to work independently, manage projects from inception to completion, and present results effectively to senior leadership. • High initiative, creativity, and curiosity, with a solid drive to continuously learn and implement new technologies. • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to document and standardize processes effectively. • Proficiency in agile methodologies and experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong communication skills, articulating complex ideas and concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
