Description

• Support the CEO directly with daily administrative and strategic tasks. • Manage and prioritize scheduling and appointments for the CEO. • Develop and maintain a level of expertise in Excel to manage and analyze data effectively. • Assist in preparing detailed presentations and reviewing contracts. • Organize and facilitate meetings, ensuring the CEO is well-prepared by summarizing and digesting critical information beforehand. • Handle communications, including phone calls and email management. • Make travel arrangements and manage itineraries. • Provide general administrative support, including managing office supplies and confidential information.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an executive assistant, supporting senior-level executives. • Strong skills in MS Office, with medium to advanced proficiency in Excel required. • Exceptional organizational and time management skills. • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and facilitate efficient decision-making. • A high school diploma is required; further education or certification is beneficial. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
