• We seek a highly experienced and innovative Head of Marketing to join our team at 8020REI and collaborate with our affiliated companies. • This expansive role offers a unique opportunity to influence marketing strategies across a diverse portfolio of businesses, amplifying your impact and reach. • The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in creating and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive business growth. • You will be pivotal in building and leading high-performing marketing teams, managing digital advertising budgets, developing partnerships, and ensuring alignment across all aspects of our marketing and sales processes. • By working across multiple companies, you will have a broader platform to showcase your expertise and drive success on a larger scale.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least five years in a management role. • Proven track record in managing significant marketing budgets ($100,000+ per month). • Extensive experience with digital advertising platforms (Meta, Google Ads, etc.) and a deep understanding of the US market. • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making to optimize marketing campaigns. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience in crafting compelling messages and content. • Demonstrated success in building and leading marketing teams with a hands-on approach to mentoring and development. • Experience in B2B marketing is preferred. • Familiarity with SEO strategies, social media management, and community building. • Ability to think creatively and innovate, willing to experiment, test, and learn. • Experience establishing partnerships and building relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate industry is highly desirable. • Aligned with our core values of innovation, creativity, and excellence.
