• As a Senior Software Engineer at 8returns, you’ll tackle real-world problems in e-commerce returns. • You’ll be part of a small, agile team working on automation and optimization. • Responsible for developing, improving, and ensuring high performance and scalability of the platform. • Work on frontend with React and backend with Ruby on Rails, APIs, and integrations. • Significant ownership and collaboration with other developers are required. • Emphasis on problem-solving, critical thinking, and creativity.
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience developing high-performance web applications. • Experience with React is a big plus if frontend-focused. • Strong knowledge of Ruby on Rails if backend-focused. • Broad experience with web technologies. • Creative and critical thinking in a dynamic environment. • Ability to work autonomously and raise red flags. • Bonus points for experience with Postgres, AWS, or Heroku.
