Description

• Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and transform complex data sets into insightful visual representations. • Design and develop interactive Tableau dashboards and reports tailored to meet the needs of various business units. • Ensure the dashboards are user-friendly, visually appealing, and provide meaningful insights into business performance. • Collaborate with data analysts and data engineers to understand data sources, perform data profiling, and prepare data for visualization. • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business processes, and identify key performance indicators (KPIs). • Provide training and support to end-users on Tableau dashboards and reporting tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in data visualization and business intelligence, with a strong focus on Tableau development. • Proficiency in Tableau Cloud, including experience with Tableau Prep for data preparation. • Strong knowledge of SQL for data manipulation and querying. • Familiarity with data modeling techniques and a solid understanding of relational database concepts. • Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with non-technical stakeholders. • Experience with data governance and best practices in data visualization is a plus. • Tableau certification is desirable but not mandatory. • Familiarity with other BI tools (e.g., Power BI, QlikView, Looker) and big data technologies is a plus. • Experience in a cloud environment (e.g., AWS, Azure) and associated data services is advantageous.
