📋 Description

• Support the design, implementation, and administration of executive compensation programs, including base salary, short-term incentives (STI), and long-term incentive (LTI) plans. • Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive executive pay structures. • Monitor and analyze trends, regulations, and best practices in executive compensation. • Manage the company’s equity compensation plans, including stock options, restricted stock units (RSUs), performance shares, etc. • Ensure compliance with SEC, IRS, SOX, and other regulatory requirements related to executive and equity compensation. • Conduct competitive market analyses and participate in compensation surveys to ensure alignment with industry standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in executive compensation, stock administration, or a related field. • Certified Equity Professional (CEP), Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred. • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and data interpretation skills. • Proficiency in equity compensation systems (e.g., E*TRADE, Fidelity, Morgan Stanley). • Understanding of SEC filings, tax regulations, and accounting principles related to stock-based compensation. • Advanced Excel skills and experience with HRIS and equity management platforms. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Familiarity with executive compensation trends and governance policies preferred. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
