📋 Description

• Establish programs to accelerate operational excellence, streamline processes, and support the delivery of key objectives. • Develop, manage and report on project requirements, plans, risks, and challenges. • Be an ambassador, engage, gather and report on critical information from stakeholders to navigate challenges and drive delivery. • Engage business sponsors / executive leadership to communicate project objectives, strategy, progress. • Ensure agreement, scope, alignment and sign-off of initiatives and key deliverables from all respective stakeholders and approvers. • Support and be inclusive of a variety of business owners, recognizing multiple parties/organizations with conflicting agendas and business priorities. • Create and maintain appropriate project documentation repositories.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in a product or technology leadership role, with a proven track record of successful operational strategy, development, and execution. • 5+ years experience with program and project management methodologies and tools. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent program/project management experience. • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills. • Experience in project management disciplines – scope, schedule, budget, risk, and issue management. • Exposure to legal and/or information security operations, regulated environments, ISO27xxx, National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), GDPR et al.
