Description

• Interpret content briefs to understand the course vision and target audience. • Craft clear and concise learning objectives and outcomes for each course. • Research, gather, and structure course content in line with project requirements. • Infuse creativity and engagement into course design, ensuring alignment with video learning style. • Collaborate with scriptwriters to finalize course scripts and ensure instructional clarity. • Support expert instructors in adapting their subject knowledge for online delivery. • Customize courses for client businesses, tailoring content to meet specific needs. • Develop evaluations to assess learner comprehension and progress. • Create supplementary materials to enhance the learning experience. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. • Cultivate relationships with instructors, fostering collaboration and innovation.

Requirements

• Proficiency in instructional design principles. • Application of adult learning principles. • Demonstrated track record of designing high-quality training, online or offline. • Experience or keen interest in the hospitality industry (preferred). • Possession of a Certificate IV Training and Assessment or equivalent. • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. • Strong time management skills with a commitment to meeting deadlines. • Background in Learning and Development. • Prior experience in instructional/learning design for training purposes. • Familiarity with online video course development and strategies for enhancing online engagement. • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. • Proficiency in delivering online content to diverse audiences, including senior and junior participants.
