• As a Business Development Manager, you will provide sales growth through the acquisition of new accounts for A2MAC1 EMEA. • You will manage day-to-day development activities and will deliver on strategic business targets for the region. • You will proactively seek to expand A2Mac1 business and will reach within assigned customer segment as assigned by the executive team. • Formulates specific strategic business development plans according to the company's business strategies to expand the market. • Guide and supervise market research and evaluation, fully analyze market and customer needs, customize product solutions. • Drive new business by identifying, targeting, and acquiring prospective clients in the automotive industry. • Take responsibility for the entire new client acquisition process, from initial outreach through closing, focusing on establishing long-term partnerships. • Build a strong pipeline by proactively hunting for new business opportunities, understanding the unique challenges and needs of prospective clients, and presenting the A2MAC1 value proposition. • Develop and maintain high-level relationships with decision-makers across potential client organizations. • Collaborate with technical account managers to customize pitches and respond to RFPs. • Negotiate and sign offers contracts. • Assist in collecting overdue accounts and invoices. • Maintain detailed updated status in the CRM system and report accurately on forecast. • Create appropriate sales tools/channels to promote business growth. • Keep abreast of competitors' dynamic changes and keep alert to competitors' products and pricing in the target market. • Provide other services and duties as directed by management discretion.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, technology, automotive engineering, or a related field. • 3-5 years of business development experience, with a track record of acquiring new customers in the automotive or related industry. • Have experience developing deep relationship with local Supplier • Familiar with developing new Tier 1-2 accounts • Manage and prioritize own workload with minimal direct supervision • Have a strategic and out-of-the-box vision • Ability to deal with a complex and changing environment • Excellent customer relationship management • Critical and problem-solving skills • Interpersonal, communication and business skills • Organized, disciplined and thorough • Fluent in English. German and a central European language eg Czech, Polish are a plus • Ability to travel
