🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field required • 5+ years of experience in product management, innovation, consulting, or venture capital, with AI or workflow automation exposure • 3+ years of experience in insurance operations or similar field • 3+ years of experience translating business strategy and working with technical teams to deliver aligned technology-enabled products • Strong understanding of AI, including its capabilities and limitations • Proven success launching and scaling new products or processes in large organizations • Experience defining product metrics and using them to guide decision-making
