Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or 2 years of experience in a customer facing virtual environment leveraging internet, phone and chat features • Capability to train and perform the job in a remote setting as required • May require Adjusters license as required by state • 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced setting • Empathy, Adaptability, Time Management, Organization • Outstanding interpersonal and strong computer navigation abilities • Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously • Bilingual a plus
