Description
• Drive the development and implementation of programs for social good organizations • Create and implement company-wide campaigns for real social impact • Coordinate and collaborate with employee community impact champions • Enable the success of hands-on volunteerism programs • Track and report on key performance indicators
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent combination of education and experience • 5+ years Program Management experience • Broad business knowledge of the organization • Experience and knowledge of community impact initiatives • Strong decision making, organizational planning, and analytical skills • Significant experience developing, planning, and implementing projects • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Valid Automobile Operators License • Willingness to work non-standard hours
