Description
• Strategically lead the Corporate Insurance Program (CIP) • Enable the company to achieve its strategy through efficient risk transfer • Develop strong relationships with insurance partners and brokers • Assist in the management of organizational risks • Work closely with departments managing claims against the company
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business or risk management or equivalent in related areas • 3 + years’ experience in Risk Management, or Commercial insurance brokering or underwriting • Excellent organizational and project management skills • Solution-oriented problem solver with strong analytical skills • Experience working with operational / product / financial measures and models • Ability to negotiate and collaborate with all levels of personnel • Strong understanding of insurance financials including income statement and balance sheet
