📋 Description

• Act as a SME and support payment systems across CSAA • Support enterprise-wide payment strategy, compliance with internal and external standards • Act as a payment consultant for business partners • Lead technical payment discussions internally and externally with IT and vendors • Understand business rules associated with payment products • Facilitate requirements development with end-users • Collaborate with technology team to define scope and align to roadmap • Resolve interdependencies ensuring seamless integration of payment solutions • Support payment-related audits

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of billing and/or payment experience • 2+ years of product management/product owner experience • Bachelor’s degree with emphasis on Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Broad knowledge of best practices in the design and application of payment systems and transactions. • Ability to provide outstanding customer service and interface with technical and nontechnical staff at all organizational levels. • Superb written and verbal communication skills; • Ability to influence and communicate effectively across the company and externally at all levels. • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and manage relationships at all levels within the organization. • Critical thinking ability and sound judgement with strong decision-making and creative problem-solving skills. • Business acumen and ability to think strategically. • Sound organizational skills with the ability to effectively facilitate and coordinate multiple deadlines and respond quickly to management requests.
