🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma/GED or 2 years of customer-facing experience in a virtual environment • P&C or Personal Lines License required within 6 months of hire • Capability to train and perform in a remote setting • Property & Casualty industry experience preferred • 1 year or more in a Chat support role preferred • Strong communication, empathy, adaptability, and interpersonal skills • High attention to detail
