Description

• Advanced Automation Corporation (AAC) is looking for a Chief Systems Engineer to join an elite team of engineers and architects • Key member of the AAC Leadership Team responsible for ensuring deliverable quality and mentoring engineers • Review deliverables for quality, have expertise in requirements management, lead and mentor other engineers, and expertise in DOE O 413.3B or DODD 5000.01 Acquisition Lifecycle processes • Remote position within continental US, preferred candidates near Oak Ridge, TN; Aiken, SC; or Amarillo, TX

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in an Engineering Discipline • US citizenship, ability to obtain and maintain a DOE Q clearance • Expert interpersonal skills • Prior experience managing acquisitions programs with DOD or DOE acquisition lifecycles • Extensive knowledge of Systems Engineering Lifecycle and Engineering Logistics disciplines • Available to travel up to 50% of the time • 15+ years of prior work experience with increasing responsibility Desired Qualifications & Skills: • Advanced Degree in Engineering • Experience within National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) laboratories and sites • Familiarity with requirements tools like IBM Rational DOORS Next Generation and simulation packages • Professional Engineering License
