• Educational Background: Master’s degree or advanced degree in Higher Education, Student Affairs, Counseling, Marketing, Business, or related field. • Proven Leadership Experience: 7-10 years of mid- to senior-level management experience in higher education. • Expert in Recruitment & Admissions: Extensive knowledge in higher education recruitment and admissions. • Tech-Savvy Innovator: Comfortable leveraging digital tools and artificial intelligence. • Diversity Advocate: Experience with outreach programs supporting historically underrepresented minority groups. • Skilled Networker & Relationship Builder: Natural at building coalitions and nurturing relationships. • Financial Acumen: Experience managing budgets and aligning financial planning with strategic goals.
