• Client Manager (Licensed Insurance Agent) Hourly Rate: $25.74 per hour (non-negotiable). • Full-time, non-exempt, hourly position Remote – U.S. Based. • Responsibilities include attending to chats, calls, and emails from customers. • No cold calling or upselling; focus on helping customers find the best policies for their needs. • Potential to write articles and update internal databases when not engaged with customers. • Maintain and coordinate with Aardy to ensure your insurance license is valid. • Successfully complete mandatory client manager training within your first 30 to 45 days of employment.
• Valid Producer’s License with Line of Authority of Property Casualty (ideally with an expiration date 6 months or more in the future). • Must have a minimum of one (1) year insurance sales experience. • Must have a minimum of six (6) months experience in a 100% remote based position. • Must have a strong command of the English language (verbal and written) as well as excellent communication skills. • Customer service experience, ideally in a call center environment. • Computer literate with the ability to navigate basic software programs such as Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom, Salesforce, Email, etc. • Excellent attention to detail. • Ability to learn new systems, skills, and tasks quickly. • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task. • Must be able to work one weekend day as part of your weekly schedule. • A travel insurance background would be an advantage, but this is not required. • Ideally, you will also hold A, H & L, but this is not required. • Ability to type 50 wpm. • Our ideal candidate will be self-motivated, inquisitive, honest, trustworthy, and transparent. • The ideal candidate will also be warm, empathetic, and have a sense of humor.
