• 5+ years of Salesforce experience with extensive Apex and JavaScript development. • Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud). • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively. • Fluent in English with strong client communication (written, verbal, presentations). • Active Salesforce certifications or ability to get certified. • Experience with Agile Methodology. • Advanced Apex programming (design patterns, limits, triggers, async operations, integrations, unit testing). • Modern Salesforce DevOps best practices. • Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP/Metadata). • Front-end development with Lightning Web Components. • Integrations, 3rd party tools, ETL with Salesforce. • (Optional) DataCloud and LoyaltyManagement experience.
