• Develop an annual marketing strategy and plan for Countries/Regions. • Work in close cooperation with Nations/Regions to achieve business objectives. • Ensure alignment with global commercial and marketing objectives. • Work with the global marketing group to develop products and materials. • Implement programs with Medical Affairs to create market growth & share attainment. • Provide guidelines for financial planning and forecasting. • Monitor and implement intelligence methods to stay ahead of market trends. • Ensure compliance in performing required training.
• Master’s degree in marketing or other related field. • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role. • Medical devices, pharmaceutical industry experience preferred. • People management experience. • Large Multinational companies experience. • Mature product / business life-cycle management would be advantageous. • Brand Management. • Marketing communication and congress management. • Pricing. • Working with CRM. • Analytical, Creative and operational high-level marketing skills. • Strong Communication & influencing skills. • Desire to understand and use the sales channel by fully exploring local market conditions. • Other sales channel experience e.g. digital, preferred. • Fluency in English. • Leading and influencing through strong marketing plans & strategy, ensuring credibility with the EMEA sales channel. • Ability to interface with key customers and opinion leaders - all stakeholders. • Coaches, motivates, and develops team members. Utilizes all the strengths on team to exceed goals.
