• Provide 1st and 2nd line management to a team of clinical and education professionals • Accountable for the delivery of clinical excellence in implantation of Abbott CRM devices • Contribute to building and leading a high performance organization to deliver plans • Ensure Clinical Specialist Managers deliver aligned activity with regional sales plans • Deliver Clinical Excellence effectiveness, ensuring relevant clinical deployments are planned • Contributes to joint clinical visits focusing on pre-agreed objectives • Continuously updates knowledge of the CRM market and emerging trends • Builds strong relationships with external decision influencers
• A Degree in life science or equivalent • Medical sales experience in an appropriate area is required and marketing experience is a strong preference • Strong leadership qualities – ideally with prior experience of first line leadership in a relevant industry • Market expansion or therapy development experience is a preference • Strong communication skills • Results orientated, a strategic thinker and problem solver • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills • Good negotiation skills
