Description

• The Head of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company's governance, risk management, and compliance strategies. • This senior leadership role will ensure that the organization adheres to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies, while proactively managing and mitigating risks to the business. • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management, corporate governance, compliance, and internal control systems, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Risk Management, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CRISC, CISM, CISA, CGEIT) is highly preferred. • 10+ years of experience in governance, risk management, compliance, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. • Proven experience in managing risk management, governance frameworks, and compliance programs within a regulated environment. • Experience working with senior leadership and boards of directors on governance, risk, and compliance issues. • Strong knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements related to risk and compliance, including data protection, financial regulations, and industry-specific requirements. • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. • Ability to think strategically and act as a trusted advisor to senior management. • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. • High ethical standards, integrity, and discretion.
